From the vast wealth of Semezdin Mehmedinović's literature, the thematic framework of the dramatization is focused on the body and mortality. Examining human mortality through the prism of bodily vulnerability, as well as questioning the entirety of an individual's life in relation to the inevitable end, has opened the way for contemplating numerous small deaths. These are symbolic, metaphorical, but also real, material, constituting an integral part of life. Through the technique of dramaturgical montage and collaging different segments of Mehmedinović books, the audience is introduced into the intimate spaces of the characters, both physical and mental and emotional. In one theatrical evening, everybody embark on a journey, down the memory lane, into exiles and returns, continuities and discontinuities, fractures and reestablishments.
